Start Your Recovery at New Leaf
From your first call to your first day, we’ll walk you through every step. No judgment. No pressure. Just real support.
Deciding to start treatment takes courage, and we’re here to meet you with compassion from the very first step. At New Leaf Recovery, you’ll never be judged, rushed, or treated like just a number.
Whether you’re seeking help for yourself or a loved one, we’re ready to listen and walk alongside you. Recovery starts right here, one honest conversation at a time.
What to Expect When You Reach Out
When you contact New Leaf, you’ll speak with a caring admissions coordinator who understands what you’re going through. This isn’t a sales pitch—it’s a conversation.
We’ll ask about what’s been going on, what substances or symptoms you’ve been struggling with, any mental health history, and whether you have insurance coverage or need other payment options. You don’t need to have it all figured out—that’s what we’re here for.
Our job is to learn about you, answer your questions honestly, and help you explore the next best step, without pressure.
Insurance & Payment Options
Worried about how to pay for treatment? You’re not alone, and we’ve got you. New Leaf Recovery accepts most major commercial insurance plans, and we’ll verify your benefits for free before you commit to anything. If you don’t have insurance or prefer to pay privately, we’ll discuss those options with you as well.
Money shouldn’t be what stands between you and getting the help you need. We’re here to make things easier, not harder—so we take the time to explain all your options clearly, without pressure or hidden surprises.
Pre-Assessment & Level of Care Placement
Before beginning treatment, every client completes a brief pre-assessment to help us understand their needs. This can often be done the same day you call. Our licensed clinicians will review your substance use history, mental health symptoms, medical background, and current challenges.
From there, we’ll recommend the best level of care—whether that’s detox or IOP. This isn’t about putting you in a box; it’s about building a plan that works for you. Your voice is part of the process every step of the way. If it is determined that the best first step for you is detox, we’ll provide a warm hand-off to a partner detox or inpatient facility.
What Happens Next: Scheduling Admission
Once your assessment is complete and a level of care is recommended, we move fast, often admitting clients the same day or within 24 hours. If you need help with transportation, just let us know.
We’ll also walk you through what to pack, what to leave at home, and exactly what to expect.
From the moment you’re admitted, you’ll have a dedicated point of contact to keep you and your loved ones informed. We’re here to make the process smooth, clear, and stress-free.
Day One at New Leaf Recovery
Your first day begins with a warm welcome and a chance to catch your breath. You’ll get a tour of the campus, meet members of your care team, and have check-ins with clinical and nursing staff to ensure you’re comfortable and supported.
The structure begins gently, introducing routines, expectations, and ways to ease into treatment without overwhelm.
You’ll quickly see that this is a safe space where you won’t be alone. This is where things start to change, and healing becomes possible.
You Don’t Need to Hit Rock Bottom
We hear it all the time: “I don’t know if it’s bad enough to need treatment.” The truth is, if you’re asking that question, something already isn’t working.
You don’t have to wait for a crisis to get help. Whether you’ve tried to quit before, you’re worried about a loved one, or you’re simply feeling stuck, this is a safe place to figure out what’s next. We’re here to listen and help you explore your options—judgment-free.
